Q: When do you set up?

A: That depends on how many rentals we have for that day. Generally we aim to deliver any where between 8am-12pm. We will contact you a day before to give you an approximate delivery time. Q: How much time do we keep the rental for?

A: We set up between 8am and 12:pm the day of your event, and we pick up starting at pm, unless other arrangements have been made.

Q: What kind of discounts you offer?

A: Save 5% on your rental when you book 91 items or more,( ex. 1 inflatable, 10 tables and 80 chairs)

Q: I paid deposit/full payment and I want to reschedule, can I do that?

A: Yes you can. Deposits/full payments are held for 12 months. Give us a call/message us so we can accommodate the reschedule. Contact Arroyos Party Rentals

Q: How much is the deposit?

A: Deposit is 20% of your total to hold your rental for the day of your event. Full payment is due upon arrival the day of your event.

Q: Do you still offer your customers discounts through booking on website also?

Q: We need a last minute booking, we need it today, can you help us?

A: For last minute bookings please give us a call/text and we will try our best to accommodate you. Contact Arroyos Party Rentals
