This company was awesome!! Showed up early but texted first to confirm and picked up when they were scheduled. My son was so happy. Friendly and professional. I would 100% use them again and will be referring them to my friends. I am a happy customer.

If I could give more stars I would! I realized 2hrs before my guests were to arrive that I accidentally booked the bounce house for the wrong date🤦🏽‍♀️. I frantically called Arroyos Party rentals prepared to be out of luck but not only was Efrain professional, he was empathetic and told me not to worry and was at my location setting up within an hour of my call and saved the day. As for the bounce house it was exactly how it was pictured. You can tell they take pride in their work as everything was clean and very well taken care of and he even wiped down the bounce house entirely inside before leaving. I HIGHLY recommend Arroyo's Party Rentals for all your party needs. You won't be disappointed.

Great service, and very reasonable prices, I called last minute on Saturday and they came within 30min to an hour and dropped off the bounce house. Very communicative and responded quickly to my text. Will definitely be using them again.
